Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
ReplyNudge is a Slack application that helps teams track unanswered messages, schedule private reminders, and create AI-assisted reply drafts. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we process
We process Slack workspace and installation identifiers, Slack user, channel, and thread identifiers, limited message text needed to track a reminder, reminder settings, app usage events, and encrypted Slack access tokens. If a paid plan is enabled, we may also process subscription identifiers and billing status from our payment provider. When you contact support, we process the email address, workspace name, topic, and message you submit.
How we use data
We use this data only to operate ReplyNudge: install the app, identify the correct workspace, track conversations, schedule and cancel reminders, create private drafts, measure product usage, secure the service, and manage subscriptions.
AI processing
When a user explicitly requests an AI draft, the selected message text and requested output language are sent to Groq's hosted GPT-OSS model for inference. ReplyNudge does not use Slack data to train AI models and does not store the full prompt or draft as a message-history feature. AI drafts can be inaccurate and are never posted without a user's approval.
Groq states that inference inputs and outputs are not retained by default, except that they may be logged for service reliability or abuse investigations for up to 30 days unless Zero Data Retention is enabled. Any retained Groq customer data is processed in the United States.
Service providers
ReplyNudge relies on Slack for workspace integration, Groq for AI inference, Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting and storage, and Stripe if paid subscriptions are activated. Each provider processes data under its own contractual and security terms.
Retention and deletion
Channel, thread, and member records used for reminders are deleted when ReplyNudge is uninstalled. The revoked Slack credential is replaced and can no longer be used. Limited installation, usage, billing, fraud-prevention, and support records may be retained where needed for accounting, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. A workspace owner may request access or deletion through our support channel.
Security
Slack access tokens and AI credentials are encrypted at rest. Workspace records are separated by workspace identifiers, and server endpoints verify signed Slack requests.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.
