Terms of Service

Effective August 24, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of ReplyNudge. By installing or using ReplyNudge, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant Slack workspace and agree to these terms.

The service

ReplyNudge helps teams track Slack conversations, schedule reminders, and prepare AI-assisted reply drafts. Features may change as the product develops.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring the app appropriately, inviting it only to intended channels, reviewing every AI draft before sending, and ensuring that your use complies with workplace policies and applicable law.

AI-generated content

AI drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. ReplyNudge does not guarantee their accuracy. The user who approves and sends a draft remains responsible for the final message.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReplyNudge to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or process data you are not entitled to use.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. You may cancel through the Stripe billing process available inside ReplyNudge. Uninstalling ReplyNudge schedules an active subscription to end at the close of its current billing period.

Availability

We aim to keep ReplyNudge available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Slack, Groq, hosting, and payment-provider availability can affect the service.

Termination

You may stop using ReplyNudge by uninstalling it from Slack. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or when these terms are materially breached.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyNudge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from an AI-generated draft. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
